Horse Coaching provides a unique experience within a beautiful environment surrounded by nature, learning is experimental, is lead by young people and facilitated by the horse and human coaches

Horses are authentic and assist you to be present through non verbal communication.   The non verbal horse coaches allow you to be yourself, not feel judged and explore the your feelings, behaviour and emotions.

Horse coaches show you how tone, touch and movement impacts on the horse nature and behaviour enabling you to better understand behaviour

Horses react when the your mind wanders and increases your awareness of what is happening in your body in the moment.  This, in turn, enables you to become responsive rather than reactive to people and surroundings

The horse coach and the facilitator become co-regulators for you supporting you to understand your emotions,  behaviour and explore different ways of being.  As you become more aware of your emotions  you begin to develop a wider perspective of yourself, others and the environment.

Humans can be conditioned to certain behaviour and/or through being exposed to negative behaviour, which will often cause you not to live the live they would chose.  Conditioned behaviour can also be called the ego and can keep a you small and prevent then from growing and expanding.

Horses coaches are able to identify conditioned behaviour and enable you to becomes aware of inner sensations attached to conditioning. Over time you learn how to move away from these behaviours and become authentic beings and live the life you chose.
